3, the output combination method. For piles that have been aged for a long time or batteries with serious self-discharge and serious vulcanization, this method can be used when the effect of water replenishment and charging recovery is not obvious enough. This method is more effective for severely vulcanized batteries, and this method is actually used. The charging current is best to choose 5A. Because of the superposition of repair functions, the repair negative pulse current is greater than the positive pulse, and 5A is selected to compensate for the offset of the resulting charging current.

4. Output parallel current increasing method. If it is repaired the batterie capacity is large. If it exceeds 2OAh. Sometimes it is necessary to increase the charging current. At this time, two or more output terminals of the tester can be connected in parallel to the repaired batterie at the same time to enhance the charging current. It should be added in the same phase, otherwise, the desulfurization current will weaken, which can be judged by monitoring whether the voltage and current increase.

6. Output series boost method. This method is valid for batteries with a batterie voltage of 24V or 36V, that is, connect two or more outputs of the tester in series and then connect to the batterie, and the voltage of the two series is 24V. The Three-way is 36V. However, the actual test found that the voltage increased after parallel connection, but the current was still the selected current size. For example, both circuits are 3A current. The voltage obtained after connecting in series is 24V, but the current does not increase. When using this method, it should be noted that the current size of each channel of the Yuan tester should be the same. It must be started at the same time, for example, the voltage of three channels in a series is 36V. The charging current of each channel should be selected with the same size and started.
