Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, Mylion is a manufacturer.

Can I have a sample order?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

What about the lead time?

1.      Sample needs 3-5 days

2.      Official order,mass production time needs 2-4 weeks

Do you have any MOQ limit?

1.      For Retails,we have no MOQ.,1pc can be an order.

2.      For wholesales,we have MOQ for better price, normally 100pcs.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

1.      For small quantity,we often ship by express, arrive time is about 3-10days to different countries.

2.      For official order,suggest to ship by Ocean to save cost. To USA, arrive time is about 20-25days,to Europe,arrive time is about 25-30days.

How to proceed with an order?

1.      Let us know your requirements or application.

2.      We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

3.      Customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order.

4.      We arrange the production.

Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

1.      For small quantity order or retails, no customized service.

2.      For wholesales,customized service is welcome, pls.send us your artwork.

Which certificates do you have?

We have CE/FCC/ROHS/UN38.3/MSDS …etc. Promise a good quality to our customers.

How about warranty?
